So iv been practising pick up for about 5 months now, going out 4 night+ a week ect

I like to think I was doing pretty good, having fun, set closing and stuff

but then I met one girl that I really liked dated for a few weeks but then she moved away (to the other side of the world)

I cant get my mind of her which I know is silly seeing as I probably wont see her again, and I feel it has seriously impacted my game

What should I do? I dont want this to effect my progression in pick up

Don't go too hard on yourself. It happens to the best of us. The fact that she moved away makes her challenge, which attracts you to her more.

Here's a reframe: Dating lots of women, as opposed to one, will help you grow as a man. You'll gain more experiences, and become more attractive to women. This will allow you to attract higher, and higher quality women.

Here's another refrain: what if she stayed in your area, you became her boyfriend, and then she dumped you or lost interest? You are in a much better position right now than you are if that happened.

You just have to stay in the game. Sometimes, you'll go out and you won't feel like it. But it is easy to fall in love again and again. If you just get yourself out there, eventually you will meet another really great girl, and just forget about the other one.

I do hope to see her again, she wants to at any rate, but I think the only way that would happen would be to keep focused on what Im doing now and just wait and see what oppertunaties come up with her later on

In fact I have just come back from a bar and number closed a few sets and feel a whole load better
