Ok so here is the question when I go out with a female that I have just met or have gotten there numbers and set up plans like going out to eat or to the movies should I pay for her and if so why what are your guys thoughts on this.

No.

IMO it's irrelevant to the outcome. You need to get to the state when she is enjoying your company so much that she doesn't care about who pays.
