1. Lacking energy: I typically feel tired and lazy without any energy to go out of the house. Specially after work I feel too exhausted to do anything other then chill at home.

When I felt like that this was my life. I was sleeping too much, I didn't work out, I didn't have any hobbies, or did anything active for that matter. I was pretty much watching tv shows all day if my exams were 3 months away. I was fat, miserable and depressed. Only place where I felt comfortable was my room.

lexcartney might be right. But I wont recommend you a book. I say get outside of your house and go, say ice skating. It will do you more good than a book.
