Posts: 105 | | Ive noticed, when i approache a HB, my head shakes alot. like im freezing cold. i look like a heroin addict. my hand also shakes uncontrolably, and i start sweating alot.
i can deal with the hands but why does my head do this..its fucked up.

Posts: 3276 | | anxiety, just do it more, do things that make you really uncomfortable, say things you normally would be too afraid to say until you can just do and say anything with comfort, when approaching new girls this sort of doesn't really go away just gets better, and after getting warmed up gets de-sensatized
