Hey guys, I'm going on vaca with a few friends in a month. Just looking for some quick pointers to help me out. I'll give you a brief background.

I have a decent grasp of PU material for the most part. I'm not a huge routines or gimmick guy. I like to come off as natural. I'm a decent looking guy, great body and somewhat fashionable. The resort is all inclusive (free drinks, food, etc. etc.) and will be filled with people my age (low 20s). My friends are pretty alpha -- decent looking, funny and very sociable. I have the best body but we're all similar in appearance. So they could be a blessing or a disruption for me (I don't want to get AMOGed by my own buddies). My biggest downfall is that I'm not as loud as them. I don't have a problem getting girls, but I usually rely on girls hitting on me first which is a bad strategy. I'm not shy, but I'm not super aggressive either so I need to work on that a bit.

So any tips for me? And the last thing I want to do is cockblock my buddies. We're all going down there to have a great time and hopefully game some girls as well.

Hey getwit I hope you have fun on your vacation. But lets get to the point. Most good looking guys I saw are many times shy. This may be due to many reason which I wont discuss now. The best advice I can give you is just to commit yourself to not care about what other things and to act like yourself. If you stop looking at pickup like pickup and look at it like a fun thing to do things will change drastically for you. So in short go to your vacation don't think about competing with your friends but instead think of just having fun with your friends and the girls you meet.

Thanks for the response and advice. I'm definitely going to go in with that attitude. We go every year and it's always a blast, I'm just looking for more specific tips that have worked (or potentially would work) in that type of environment.

And I'm not claiming to be Brad Pitt by any means. I'm above average looking but I'm curious as to why you think good looking guys have shy tendencies.

The reason the good looking guys are shy is because they have more insecurities than regular guys. It's the same with girls. The better the girl looks the more insecurities she has. The reason is because people who are good looking have harder time dealing with failures. If a average looking guy or below average looking guy might have more guts to go talk to a girl because he says to himself if I get rejected I am just an average looking guy it happens to everyone. But if a good looking guy gets rejected it's a blow to his ego. He then starts wondering is he really good looking? Did that girl think I wasn't cute enough? and so on and becomes very insecure. What ALL guys have to realize is that picking up girls has almost nothing to do with looks. It's all about ones skills and personality. If anyone comes to this realization he will be unstoppable. So Getwit instead of waiting of girls hitting on you just go out there and don't be afraid of being who you want be. It might be embarrassing and awkward to you at first but it will eventually go away and you'll become a beast at getting girls.
