As of yet this forum has not helped me out a whole lot, but that's because I have not done much in this forum compared to what I've done in other PUA forums. The other PUA forums helped me out a lot so I know this one will.

In terms of actual numbers, I don't know. I personally don't use the forum for much of the routines or the stuff like that. I tend to use it more for frame of mind, social-ness (is that a word?) and generally becoming a more rounded person in order to lift my "game" to the next level.

If I were you, I'd have a read of the forum for a few days, just take in a few posts and see some of the stuff that's talked about. By then you should have a few ideas of what you need to improve on (whether that's "inner game", approach anxiety, running out of things to say, whatever), then you can focus in on trying to find stuff that's relevant and useful TO YOU. That's where the use of the forum comes in.

There are some guys on here with thousands of posts that I've never properly read one of their posts, because they might talk more about aspects that I don't personally untilise. Whereas there are some others that seem to crop up in the majority of threads I read, because they obviously game similarly to me and can pass on good advice that is relevant to the questions I need anwering.

There are a few gems on this site, and I like how there's a good mix of relevant sub-forums. On the other hand, like most forums, there's too many people that speak without experience. Far too much over-gaming, and looking into things too deeply. Too many fads.
I wouldn't recommend it to a newbie, or somebody who hasn't spent more time with women than he has on a forum.

This site? Not much, but there are a few very solid posters here who give consistently good advice (shout out to Hakuna, SmoothOp, and Mack.. yeah, I mainly hang out in the relationships forum). However, I didn't migrate to this site until a few months ago. I was a member of the now-defunct MASF site since 2007 and I'm here more to contribute than to get advice (just my way of paying it forward).

I will say, however, that the community has radically changed my life for the better. I am now rocking multiple long-term relationships like a boss and my sex life is pretty phenomenal. I owe this almost entirely to reading and posting on pick-up forums (and obviously putting this stuff into practice). The pick up community has made me a better, happier person.

This forum is to game what fantasy football is to the NFL. Its talk and nothing more. It gets you thinking, but are you really going to use it? Maybe its my personal bias against canned material but there is very little that I actually "use". The only thing that I can say that actually helped me was a couple lair videos from PUA Ratisse. That was when I first started out and it really put me in a better mindset but that's about it.
