Don't be so macho, it's fake. It's okay to be worried, and while it's better to not be worried, it's worse to rely on fake machoness to cover it up.

You don't want a list of things on your mind cluttering up your thoughts. What you want to do is become a good observer, find things about her, either visually, or things she's mentioned, to ask her about. And be a good conversationalist. Ask her opinion on things. Relate with a common story, that you can actually get passionate about when you describe it, because it happened to you.

The common theme there is staying "in the moment", and "being yourself". Having a list of topics in your head takes you "out of the moment", and it won't go well.

If you don't feel comfortable that you can stay "in the moment", then your meet up will actually be a training ground, practice for you to stay in the moment. Be aware that you're learning and may stuff up, and may have to try on someone else, and get better each time. etc.
