Hi guys i am new here i am 25 and i have a problem with a girl. I will try to keep this as sort as possible.

I' ve been working with her for a year now. She is attractive and has a nice personality in general we work well together. At first i didn't much care for her even though i found her attractive because i knew from a common friend that she has a bf. All that changed last summer though. She started making moves on me some obvious some less obvious like offering me to hang out after work, a lot of pushing when she laughed, dressing sexier than usual etc.. The sad thing is i am a dork and i didnt undesrtand that she was interested soon enough and when i did i was really hestant because of the bf thing. We went out once but i screwed up not in a major way but i screwd up. Last september she texted me wondering where i was and after two days we met at a party there was some flirting i took the courage to ask her out one week later she said yes with enthusiasm but she cancelled in my opinion because her bf got back who studies abroad. Well i gave up after that. Recently i found out that when she was hitting on me she had broken up with her bf i had my big chance and i missed it. Now they are still back together he is still abroad and i still like her. A common friend told me tha she uses the best words to describe and tha she likes me and so after cristmass i ask her out again but she flaked. She didnt answer her phone and on monday she said that she was asleep and that she was sorry because she got up really early. I was really pissed. I still like her though.
My point is i had a really wussy behavior with her i had no game even though with other girls i dont like as much i am fine i was a wussy with her. She never talks about her bf to me though and she only have mentioned him two times and not with details or anything and she doesnt say the best words about him to her friends an when that friend looked at pics of her bf in her cellphone she specifically told her not to mention them to me. I dont know what to do to regain the attraction i believe in part was created because i didnt give her any attention before those events and after that i was different ,i gave her the power. I dont believe that she knows for sure i like her. She knows i am not the most open guy in general and asking her out for a drink isnt that a big deal i believe. I am leaving tommorow for a week from the office. Should i try again after i get back? If yes what should i do...I dont know whats wrong with me but this girl has an effect on me.

forget about her, go to church and become a evangelist; what you truly need is strength through a relationship with the lord. . . his ways are wondrous.. wait and see.
and for the meantime, keep all interactions with her breezy, be nonchalance in person, but stay friendly.
sounds all very stupid eh? but the way it looks you're one-itish fixated.
others might say go get 12other girls.. that's the other cure for one-itis, but probably not the best.
