My situation is like this-->When I go out I can get numbers and made outs with no big hassles , but I believe I´m kinda of a pussy when it comes to take her home to SNL. I usually date them afterwards (flake rate really low)and they start thinking about me like a potential bf,which i dont want. That makes me work really hard to rebuild all the sexual tension from the first night and get finally to the fuck.

You pretty much answered your own inquiry here. Whenever you start thinking "its too late, it's gonna be sloppy" throw it out of your mind and just keep trucking man. If you're easily kiss closing and making out with the girl, then you're already one step closer your goal. The only problem I can see arise is LMR, but its relatively easy to plow through based on all the experiences put together on this forum.
