In short (and aswell as Fuze I advice you NOT to use negs because they have a very high backfire rate) this is how it's done.
1. There is no hotness-scale. Some tens rate themselves fives and some fives think they're the shiznit. Anyway, be agressive on the rude ones. That excludes friendly hot girls. If you meet a Liz Taylor lookalike who is kind, do NOT neg, but recipricate her kindness.
2. If a girl is blantantly rude. Call her out on it.
3. Calling out can mean saying she does not need to be rude (not in a whiney way but in a manly way) or you can neg her back. Preferably something about the way she looks. "I like your eyebrows, they're so.... hmmzz... strange. But nice though."
Negging is negative value. That's why you should not do it. (Or atleast don't focus on doing it.) Give value by showing a interesting personality (do mind your body composure, it is the golden succesticket). That's what Fuze wanted to say and which is completely correct.
Be the prize. It doesn't matter whether you have or haven't yet encountered success with females. You have standards and she'll have to meet them. Don't be so eager.
