| Guys, all this stuff you are learning about or pua won't help unless you change your mental state! Think about this, most of us are here because we can't get girls, lack social skills, and are unhappy with our lives in other ways. We believe something must be wrong with us even though this not the case. Many of us feel unworthy or think other very negative ideas about ourselves. This is the worst thing you can do! To these negative thoughts you have about yourself, analyze them and get rid of them. Tell yourself that they are not true and why. Seeing a shrink can help speed up this process (none of us are perfect and don't need to see a mind doctor). You think you are nervous approaching - tell yourself you shouldn't be and that most girls will be delighted to have you approach them and believe it. Do not be self conscious! Who cares what others think? You know you are a great person and if they can't see that, others will. If you think you don't look good, do some of the outer stuff, and then look on the inside and tell yourself that while the outside matters a bit (and much less for us than girls), you know there is nothing wrong with you in your mind.Getting rid of negatie thoughts and creating peace of mind will make you a very confident, social, outgoing, etc person. Peace of mind is the ultimate happiness. To reach this happiness, we need to be able to get girls while being happy with our lives. We need girls in order to achieve peace of mind, but that isn't all it takes. Look at all the famous celebrities who are not fulfilled with their lives even though they have all this social validity. They don't have peace of mind - so they are not happy. I want all of you to go about your daily lives and reflect about any negative thoughts you have or have recurring in your life. Analyze them- see if they really make sense and tell yourself there is nothing wrong with you. It is perfectly ok to make mistakes. We're human, we all make mistakes. We matter to everyone else like every one else matters to us. Reflect. Don't be afraid to feel emotions - this how you learn who you are. You will become happier and that will put you in a positive state of mind for your life and when going out to meet girls. Remember there was never anything wrong with us to begin with. We just thought something was wrong with us, so we believed it and it fed into a cycle where we have bad mindsets and vibes. I read a post recently where 80 percent of pua is mindset. The other 20 percent being body language, expression, social proof, etc. I get so many girls now its ridiculous. Obviously the most significant jump in my game and in my life. The other day, I literally had a girl pick me up- which has never happened before in my life. You can't fake a positive mindset, you actually have to talk to your brain to get rid of negative ideas about yourself. Tell yourself that you are and fully believe you are confident, and then express it without worrying about validation. Many things in life are a catch 22- "in order to get validation you have to not care about being validated." Let me know your guys thoughts about mindsets.
