I think the culprit is your small penis. If she was so tight you'd get hard entering her, but since your nub was so tiny there was no friction developed, hence very little arousal (for both of you).

Im confused cause its the first time this has ever happened to me. I may go as far as to thinking it was the condom, because I would go hard when kissing and touching but as soon as I put on the condom I felt like I lost it. Maybe I was tired, the problem wasnt getting it hard, but keeping it everytime we changed position, thats when Id lose it. I dont want to have sex without a condom till we get some form of birth control since she cant take the pills.
