Try not giving a direct answer. I would rather take her loop and switch it around something like "What about you ? :>" or "Take a lucky guess "

Remember if you are answering (except if it's a very clever answer) you are qualifying yourself for her.

Then she replied: "Oooh, that was a real knock-out! Did it feel good?" I'm not sure if she's offended or not What would you answer?

It depends a bit more on the context. See if are you usually joking and she's used to it then she wouldn't react like this.

I like to warn girls as soon as I meet them that I don't take myself too seriously and they souldnt either.

You could either tell her like me "Chill.I don't take myself too seriously so you shouldn't either".

Then it depends on the girl. If she's the serious type then you shouldn't press on.
On the other hand she might be testing you to see if you've got balls. Then you could go something like "Oh poor baby is going to cry? " or "Yeah I feel satisfied "
