Hey guys

So I was in the iStore yesterday helping my friend out cause he
was getting his laptop repaired, so while we waited I decided
to fool around on the tech. Keep in mind that I wasn't
there to pickup or having any intention of picking up
chicks there.

Right so here's what went down. I went over to fiddle on the iPods
first. As I'm about to browse through the playlist I see a blonde (HB9) over at the counter, literally 4 meters away. And in the corner
of my eye I see the blonde eyeing me! So I'm thinking "Oh shit I
hope there's nothing wrong with my hair! Why is she looking at me
like that!" I look up and she
quickly looks away.

(I just wanna say first of all that I'm not that bad looking.
I try to keep my hair tidy and I workout whenever I can etc...
This may sound odd but due to my low-ish self-esteem I find
it a little strange when a random hot girl looks at me.
Most of the time I stick my chest out and shoulders
out just incase)

My friend then comes over and starts talking to me for a minute.
While he's talking to me I notice the blonde eyeing me again...In the corner
of my eye again! I pivet my head to look into her eyes from across the room
and we try hold it for a second (feels like forever) and after a second she
begins to smile a little, she may have been shy, but I can tell. She looks
away and I go back to talking.

I feel like I missed my chance there. Is a smile the strongest IOI's
you can get from a random girl? Surely that means she's interested? I
can't tell if she was just being polite or really finding me attractive?

That is a direct invitation to approach.. Also, you should be open to meeting women anywhere. Don't pick specific places to meet them.
