Havent been on here for a while but thought i would give it another go .

I got a girls number last weekend and we were texting on saturday with me meanting to be taking her out on the sunday . I wasnt really getting the right vibes from her so i said

" i was really sorry but something had come up and i couldnt make the date"
she said it was fine as she wasnt really feeling to well... we kept texting and i asked her if i get anothe chance which she replied " i suppose so "

anyhow we kept texting for a while then she just stopped so i thought fair enough and left it , the following morning i woke up to two drunk texts just asking what i was doing etc.

i wasnt to sure if it was for me so i never text back and havent spoke to her since sunday night .


where do you think i stand with it ?

I believe you are in a good position. Don't give much importance to those texts, there is a possibility she sent them while being sober, but meh, they don't matter much. Concentrate on the date ahead, and keep gaming her. You can ask her about those texts, but be casual about it.

I sent her a text and after a few more looks like she's not replying again... Guess I've lost this one lol

Text game hasn't worked for me since I was 14. After 2 or 3 messages I back off 'til they're in person. Easier said than done.

As much as I tend to avoid using gimmicks, sending a short, snappy question like "Quick question, chocolate or blueberry?" out of the blue normally gets a response.
After that, don't arse around. Say something like "I've heard of some place that does the best blueberry milkshakes/hot chocolate. I'm free Sunday and Monday evening, we should totally go check 'em out. which day suits you?"

If she agrees to a day then say "cool, I'll ring you the night before to make sure we're still on". and leave it at that. The more text you send the more chance of a fuck-up.
If she's not free those days just say "Cool, maybe another time. Speak cha later". From there you can send out the odd text every couple weeks to see if she's up for something.
