I've been going at this alone now for some while as I haven't really had anyone who I could make my wingman for many reasons. I finally have a guy now who I think could make a good wingman. I'm just not sure how to go about it, he doesn't really know anything about pick-up. He is however pretty social (a bit eccentric) and he's pretty aggressive talking with the girls. He's not very tactful or smooth and most of the girls he hits on repel him pretty hard.

Now this may sound like he would be a bad candidate for a wingman but I think it's exactly what I need. The thing with him is he chat's up pretty much everyone (he's pretty good at that) and I find that it's pretty easy for me to DHV in those situations.

He's a good friend and open minded too so I think he would be aboard even if it's a strange world for him. I'm gonna suggest to him and see how he feels about it, I don't think he'll say no if there's a promise of more girls lol.

I'm looking for advice/recommendations on material I could study, so far everything I've built on has been for situations where I'm alone. Where to start on building some routines? Obviously I want to help him score some more too.

Routines are bad.

When you operate on a script, usually that means you arent' as good thinking on your feet. Then, if a girl deviates from that script, you're fucked.

I never go out with wings anymore for a couple of reasons. First, I'm actually a very loyal guy who would never ditch a buddy. Every time I go talk to a girl and see they aren't approaching at all or getting shot down I'm less inclined to try to leave with her because he isn't fairing well and probably will be leaving alone. Second, is my past wings who were outgoing and aggressive would usually try to compete with me. Rather than cooperate and just decide beforehand who would game which girl, or who was gonna occupy the linebacker chick who's cockblocking that night, he would try to get the hottest girl for himself.

So if you do wanna do this, take those two points as things to avoid. Make sure beforehand that you both are in a mutual understanding that once you two split up, you have split up until the night is done, if you're wingman is just a guy to keep you from tensing up and not approaching.
