Hey guys! hoping you can help me out with this one. Usually if im out at a club or just in general shopping somewhere and i see an attractive girl, im normally no good at the initial opening of a conversation or breaking into conversation with a random girl. I can usually make a girl laugh if i know them or keep a conversation going if i know the person, but the random factor i struggle with.

I dont consider myself to have the best confidence out hence, why i find it a bit hard to deal with approaching ladies and such, but im just wondering if you guys can give me any techniques or tips to breaking down that barrier i have subconsciously imposed.

PRIME EXAMPLE: the course im doing at the moment the girls seclude theirselves from the guys and theres one girl i find attractive but she always hides amongst the girls. Every lunch time they dissappear to who know's where to have lunch and im trying to find an "in" to find out where and possibly grab lunch with her on her own. I was thinking girls in a group would be harder to seperate or hang out with, but im just wondering your thoughts....

Hopefully i havent pushed too much into this conversation and you guys can help me!

thanks in advance

Chris

I am shit at opening but lately I have gotten better by just saying hello to people or goodmorning. Also in the club I might just say something short to a girl that is relative to the situation e.g Your glass is nearly empty time to get more wine.

If I was in your sittuation I would start off with a hello or a goodmorning when passing by each other. If that is difficult to accomplish, since its kind of a timing thing, then I would go ahead and "follow" her at a vending machine or a printer or where ever she might go alone (apart from the toilets :P) and there and then establish good eye contact and a smile along with a Hello. After you have done this then I think you would be more comfortable just asking her if she enjoys the class and take it from there on.

Its baby steps and some of the people in this forum might rightfully disagree with me and just say just go upfront and ask her out. However since I have the same problem as you do regarding opening, I am giving the advice from the same point of you as yours, which technically might be wrong but thats just my opinion and thats what I would feel comfortable with.

Cheers
