I know the lists will be a little subjective but SPAM I know close to nothing.

Sweden&Finland are only the countries with most beautifull women if you like blond though. Cuz thats what they have, looooots & looooots of blonds

I disagree on eastern European girls as I find that poorer countries, in general, are not as sexual due to close knit community status concerns, and cultural norms. I'm not adamant on this point, but that's been my experience.

If as an American you can't get laid in Eastern Europe, you can't get laid anywhere.

You're just massively generalizing... What you say of poorer countries may be true in a lot of South American countries (but not all, by all means), but certainly not of Thailand for instance.
Getting laid in China -for an American or White European- is incredibly easier than in Japan.
And in Europe... I find the Czech Republic & Slovakia much easier to get laid than -say- Germany.

Untrue, in my experience comparing Scandinavian to eastern europe but we can just agree to disagree. I do think saying the Czech republic and Slovakia is easier then Scandinavian is hard for me to believe in my experience.

There are going to be differences in cultural morays, religious traditions, and family values that are going to affect your PUA ability. Saying Thailand you must be speaking of the paid company because the locals are no more salacious then a Bolivian would be compared to a Brazilian. Ive been to 35 countries so obviously your experience will vary, but as a general rule, a 2nd world country is harder to PUA in then a first world country unless the "target" has a non-sexual interest in a sexual encounter. Many of these countries dont usually have the moral or financial latitude for a careless tryst.

If you're a foreigner, especially from the western parts of the world, girls are (I believe) by far the easiest in the Balkan area (that includes Croatia, Serbia, B&H etc.).

Also, I've met one dude who lived in the US (L.A.) and the reason he came back is, I quote - "The girls look like trash compared to here (Croatia)." I don't know if it's true, you'll have to see for yourself.

For any of these countries, I am certainly not talking about paid company, but neither am I talking of your average HB5 local girl.
My experience with HB9s and 10s is that it is easier to get laid in Eastern Europe than in Scandinavia, yes.

I guess I'm equally as well-travelled as you are (about 40 countries visited), but this is all highly subjective anyway... the venue itself is far more important than the country you're in: you stand a better chance to get laid in a nighclub in Lima than at a church service in Oslo...

I have never been to Croatia, but I was well impressed with Serbia when I visited (I only spent 3 days though, so I do not know the country that well...)
A lot of the girls I met were absolutely stunning!

If you like travelling, PUA and the club SPAM then visiting Croatia during peak summer season is an absolute must. It's crazy what this place has evolved to in the last decade, people are already calling it the "next Ibiza".

In my experience, Scandinavian girls tend to be more emancipated than Eastern Europeans - they will quite happily hit on you if they find you attractive.

In terms of looks, it depends what you prefer. I personally go crazy for Eastern Europeans.

Travel around, enjoy yourself, don't make it JUST about the women. Going to some rarely-visited country is also cool because people are more keen to share their culture with you, show you around and help you out as a guest there.

My top 5 for fun/girls: (I've met girls from these countries, not visited them all)
Sweden (not visited, but met Swedish girls and the ones I've known are great, all my friends who've visited got laid haha)
Poland (currently have a Polish GF).
Czech Republic (Cheap beer, big tourist party culture in Prague. The 3 Czech girls I know where I live are all very sexually open)
Croatia (tanned girls, hot sun)
Lithuania - Go and see for yourself
