Don't start off asking for naked pics. Send her just a face shot of yourself and ask for one back, say it's for caller id or something. Then say you don't like it because it's not sexy enough and have her do something stupid like a sexy face or blow you a kiss or something stupid. Then comment on how sexy she looks and what not, so she feels good about that. Flirt a little and smoothly throw some subtle sexual comments in there and see if she'll send you a little more risque photo.
