Hey guys,

I am not sure where to put this topic thread(forum moderaters let me know if its in the wrong place), anyways i figure this would fit the best. I am in a quandary my best friend. This will be probably a long thread so thanks for any advice and/or anything posted.

here is the back ground story:

This girl(HB10) i met about mid september at a friend of a friend's going away dinner, well me and her hit it off really well, we talked pretty much the whole dinner about everything, like how she surfed and loves the beach and wants to be a model(she can be one) anyways dinner was over and i got her number and told her to hit me up on FB, so she did i got a request the next day. So we chatted a bit but i knew she had a serious BF, and i was talking to other girls so i was like whatever about the whole thing. so times goes by like a few weeks and i get a job at the same place she worked(unknowingly) so me and her just started talking and stuff not like anything more than friends because i was actively pursuing a girl that i really liked. and well the girl(HB10) broke up with her BF. and me and her have been hanging out pretty much at least 4 times a week for 4 months straight.

anyways so about a month ago i wound up not seeing her for about a week and a half and i found myself missing her in ways than more i would be if she was just a friend. So i have been trying to figure out how to tell her that i want to be with her.

But i have been worried about what she will say because if she says no its gonna be really awkward.

i cant read her like if she is in to me like that because she has told me that i wam her type and i use to give her butterflies everytime she was near me. but she has also told me that she wouldnt date me because she know to much about me. but then all her actions are really flirty and like it seems like that she is into me. like she will always be in my personal space(she is not a close talker) she will do ton's of Kino to me and we always mess around like play wrestling and shit. But my problem is how do i get out of the friend zone, after all i put myself there cuz in the beginning i didnt want to be anything more than that, or am i already out and i just dont know it.

i am gonna see her today at 130pm PST and i already gave her a ride to school.

what should i do?

should i tell her or should i just like kiss her?

I wouldn't just throw it out there or go for a kiss. I'd build it up a bit. Start by taking her out to dinner and see how she dresses. If it looks like she took time with her makeup and wears something nice then you know she cares a little more than friends. Then I'd joke a bit and say, "this is kind of funny cause it almost feels like a date" See how she takes that. If she smiles, laughs a bit, looks down and doesn't have much to say then I'd lead into how you feel. If she starts to ROFL and says there's no way it would ever happen I'd keep my mouth shut. But don't just throw it out there when you pick her up from school or give her a ride somewhere. Put some thought into it.

Be careful as well. I was 95% sure one of my good friends was into me. Every sign was there so I went in and kissed her a few times after we'd been drinking. It's been a disaster ever since and I don't think I'm going to be able to crawl out of the hole and be back to where we were.
