A small introduction
I've been on this forum for quite a time but never posted I guess, so I've learned a lot of stuff and there was a time I was definitely improving but somewhere allong the road I stopped approachting for a while and now it seems like my AA it as worse as it was when I got started.
I've been to the city couple of times but didn't get myself to approach, wich was pretty frustrating, it seems such a big step. I once followed the stylelife challenge witch actually helped me a lot, only I don't like canned stuff so I wanna do something like it again but not too much canned routines.
The Project
So after I thought about it I think the best way to tackle this shit is in group because you're so much stonger that way, I need some support guys!!! If you're intrested in doing this together just post that you're in. This is for all guys who are pretty new to this stuff, for guys who are just getting started and want to improve and get over their AA, or guys who wanna get back on track.
How it works: Every week starting next week their will be an assignment to get you over your AA, I promise, we'll start slow, very slow, step by step. Afterwards you can just post your field reports, if you succeeded, your expieriences and what you've learned, we can support eachother and push ourselfs and others guys can give us advice, If you wanna do it, just post here and you're in
