As an example I was hanging out with a black dude at a club and he was like 'let me go talk to that skank over there'. Its just a way of devaluing the pussy.. The same reasons guys call girls "chicks, bitches etc.. There is really no difference between skank and chick. Neither mean women.

Honestly I dont think it is a nice thing to say to anyone but I think it would work if it is congruent with who you are.

Nothing inherently other than it sounds like every other line she's heard that week.

I like to call my girl friends (chick wings) Who-ores or sluts. Then I immediately justify it by saying that "I'm not saying it like it's a bad thing" All very tongue in cheek. They think it's hilarious and say it all the time too. When they introduce me to their friends one of my first questions is usually "So you're friends with all these who-ores too... that sucks" Again very tongue in cheek. So far I haven't gotten any bad responses.

Yeah, it's cool if you have very good comfort and rapport and you say it in a way that it can't be mistaken for an insult (you need to be the type of person to be able to do this. If you are serious and/or insecure about it, it will come out wrong).

Her: Haha, yeah.

Also not all girls are going to find this funny (very serious (meaning low confidence/high self-esteem (narcisistic) girls aren't going to laugh) and don't use adjectives that make it worse-sounding (could use ones that make it more innocent though).
