| So, in pursuit of a career as an actor/director, I recently took a job at a TV show, where all kinds of has been famous people and up and coming musicians come and play and get noticed, and tonight they were short on help so I had to abandon my usual job of being the camera guy and had to help the musicians sell CDs and T-Shirts after the show. I had just gotten done with two very exhausting and mentally draining tasks, so I was really tired and frankly just wanted to go take a nap.
Regardless, I was helping two semi-famous musicians (that I won't name on here because I don't want them searching for themselves and having this post come up) sell their stuff and started talking to one of them. I won't name her, but you can probably do some research and figure it out, she's an Irish rockabilly singer/songwriter who won the Best Irish Female award at the 2009 Meteor Awards. Once the fans left and she got done signing autographs, I had to help her and her manager pack up all the leftover stuff and she started throwing some IOIs at me. I didn't know who she was at the time, I just thought she was some wanna be rockstar chick, and I was extremely tired so I may have come off as a bit of a dick to her, but she thanked me for all my help and gave me a free CD. Idk why but even though I wasn't being that friendly she still threw all kinds of IOIs at me. I know it was stupid that I didn't flirt back. Incredibly stupid. Like, where are my fucking balls? But I was really pissed off and just didn't give a shit honestly. Big mistake.
So I went home and looked her up and it turns out she's not a wanna be at all, she's incredibly famous and has been on the Jay Leno show and the Late Show and all kinds of shit. Damn! And I have a very strong feeling that if I would have spit an inkling of game at her she would have invited me to join her for a drink or dinner after the show.
I feel like such a dumbass. Regardless, I won't let that happen ever again. I've had a severe one-itis for months now, and it's obvious it's going nowhere, so I'm officially done with her. There's a whole other class of chicks that I can start gaming. With a little practice, I can be fucking celebrities or up and coming celebrities at least. This has given me some awesome motivation to get the hell over her (albeit she is an amazing woman) and get out there and chase my dreams.
Next time a celebrity starts flirting with me, (or any attractive female for that matter) I'm going to pick up my balls and close that bitch.
