Is it possible to do daygame on the street in rain and snow?

has anyone ever tried doing daygame in these kind of situations? it might be possible to pick up an Eskimo chick in alaska but a polar might amog you haha.

You'll struggle to stop girls in these conditions, but bus stops are a good place, since people are stood there waiting anyways.
Shopping centres (malls), shops, coffee shops... etc will be your primary daygame venues when the weather is not great...

If the weather is still bearable, and you manage to stop someone in the street though, it will make it easier for you to bounce them somewhere (let's go & grab a cup of coffee).
