Lol those examples that you gave are still how you would treat a dog... Are you going to give her a treat next, rub her tummy perhaps?
You need to lose this association you have made between women and dogs, the psychology behind that is non-transferrable.
It's really very easy to think of rewards, what do women like?
In the instance of material items (doggie treats) there is... Chocolates, flowers, expensive dinners, jewellery etc.
In the instance of non-tangible items (encouragement) you could say...
"Your such a wonderful person"
"I feel really lucky to have you in my life"
"You're such a nice girl"
"You have beautiful eyes"
etc.
Be creative, don't be afraid to tell her nice things about herself; I think you are coming from a place where you believe that if you build up her self esteem too much then she will think she is too good for you and leave you.
It doesn't work this way, you can be nice without being a pussy.
