| Rock, paper, scissors? If your scissors beats her paper, for example, you can snip her paper, then run your scissors up the side of her blouse or just her sleeve (use your gauge).
You can do your ESP routine, then when you read her mind, you press your forehead against her (use a line like "it works better this way" or something) forehead.
If there are more than just the two of you in the group, you can play a game where everyone thinks of a gift (that they would potentially give to someone, like a knitted hat for example) and whisper it to the person to their right (and while you whisper, you can then get close, brush the hair from her neck, put your hand on her hip, or hold her hand, or something sensual). Then everyone thinks for a separate use for a gift (like, for example, to remove blemishes) and whisper it to the person to their left. Then you go round the table and have everyone tell the gift that their neighbors told them (a knitted hat to remove blemishes). Everyone gets a chuckle.
If it's a two set and you're with a wingman, you set the aforementioned game up a little differently. Perhaps you say a gift for a lover, the best one you've ever had or will ever have, etc. Then a use for the gift that "dreams are made of" or to use on her honeymoon with Grizzly Adams/your honeymoon with Kiera Knightley. E.g. a red silk neck tie (I'm picturing Kiera naked in my bed wearing only one of those skinny red neck ties) to soothe your sore vag after I've been throttling it all Kni-err-night (figuring on our honeymoon, I'd be sure to leave her sore)...
This game gets laughs but could easily escalate.
