Hello guys,

I went out with some of my friends yesterday, didn't invite any girls because It's been a while since I saw those guys and I didn't want to be with one girl the entire time... That being said, I still talked to a couple of girls during the night. But I had to face a problem that's been haunting me for the past couple of times I went out.

For some reason... Maybe because of my look, my height or my body, it looks like guys tend to challenge me and try to become "more alpha" than me. I've learn to react by not giving a shit about the guy in question and basically smile at him, showing him that he doesn't affect you AT ALL. But it's getting to a point where it's nerve racking.

Anyways, let's get back to the night... Talked to a couple of girls, danced with maybe 2 girls but I wasn't really interested so I was about the call the night a "flop"... But at that point, I saw a girl I previously gamed, and that girl... Mmmmmh. I saw her 1 time and it was a love/hate kind of "relationship". We clearly both liked each other.

For those who don't really know me, I am a really weird guy, as in.. I will hook up and date many girls (I currently have 7 girls who would love to be my girlfriend) so I am not that picky, but there's another part inside me who is really picky and I only knew a few girls who could keep my interest. She looks like one of them.

So yeah, we were flirting. Dancing but she then told me she was actually waiting for a guy she had a date with but she still wanted to see me after the guy leaves. Since I am not a plan B, I just said OK but ended up with another girl. She then come up to me when I was making out with the other girl and said "Hey, I thought you said I was the only girl you would dance with tonight" (Which I did say) and left. So yeah, that's how the first time I saw her ended...

Suprizingly, I was not mad at all against her and I was actually happy to see her yesterday, finally a girl that interests me! But..... She was with one of her girl friend and a male friend. The girl friend hates me, and the guy was being a total jerk. When I first started talking to the girl, he directly came up to me, pushed me and said: "Hey you stupid tall fucker, you're not talking to the right girl. She's with me." Her then grabbed the girl to pull her away but she didn't want to follow him so she started pushing him and telling him to fuck off. The night goes on... I keep talking to the girl, and the AMOG keep insulting me and pushing me. Girl even said she was a bit scared for my safety.

Thing is, I was actually not scared at all. I had a serious height advantage, that guy probably didn't even know how to fight. I've boxed for a couple of years and I am now doing MMA, mostly BJJ. So, needless to say I could've destroyed him in seconds.... AND, my friends I was with are actually amazing fighters too.

But... I didn't do anything. Didn't even tell the girl that I'm a fighter because I didn't want to come off as a bragger.

Anyways, I am wondering... What to do in these situation. I normally don't react but those douches are starting to test my patience.... And it is even more annoying since I know I can take them out easily.

I think I should of talk to the guy in private and basically tell him this: "look, I don't want to fight you, I just want to talk to that girl. But don't test my limit... I've been boxing and doing MMA so I won't back down if you start bullying me..."

Or something among these lines, anyways, tell me what you would do in this situation!

Just wondering if you could try to talk to the guy and not your target so you can demonstrate you are not just another bloke trying to get her

I would talk a bit, try to find something in common or even pretend there is something in common just to build up some sort of well being between you, then try the same on the other girl. After a while perhaps ignore them, would be funny if you could make them your friends after a while.

I've dome something similar in the past, it worked one and failed in another but there you go.

I can't submit a vote because I don't think you should do either of those things.

I actually like what you said at the end of your post about telling the guy you don't want to fight but you will if you have to. Alternatively, you can keep your cool, "be the bigger man" and show a "fine, that's how it's going to be" mentality. This douche seems downright abusive and although girls generally like the "asshole" type, I think he's overdoing it and if she sees you cool and collected and him constantly intimidated and aggressive then she'll automatically be more attracted to you.

In fact, he may even be doing you a favor by making himself look like the weaker person with anger issues and you look like the superior man in the situation. I'm sure she'll probably come around on her own terms but if things escalate and he does throw a punch, don't hesitate to lay him out!

Hope that helps!

Also, if she did genuinely come with him, out of respect you may have to step off. Think if you were in that situation and some random guy was trying to pick up your date. That's not to say you should turn off your charm, just focus on being the life of the party without focusing on her. She might be interested if you're more funny and charming than her date.
