This is not Alpha and I don't recommend if it's to impress women. I sponser a child across the world. In the past when women came to my house they would see his picture and the letters he wrote me... Basically girl's panties dropped. My attitude is mysterious and kinda a jerk, so I think this really added some good depth in the perception of me to women.

What I am trying to get at is that the activity doesn't have to be alpha to be good for you. You should do what you like and it doesn't have to be badass. Picture a smooth talking business man that does community service. Having hobbies and being passionate about something should not define you, it should add attractive characteristics to your life.

Go to the gym... it's not really a sport, and it won't hurt your looks either

Consider that there exists sports where it doesn't matter if you suck (they are more lifestyle activities than competitive sports):
- scuba diving
- sea kayaking
- surfing
- free falling
- motorbiking
- flying a plane (big DHV!)
- hunting/shooting

Other alpha stuff:
- poker
- join a cigar club

You can also choose hobbies which are a bit less alpha, but where you will be able to meet more women:
- dancing (ballroom & latin)
- yoga
- evening classes (learning languages etc)

The most alpha thing you can do is to choose something you like and not care if it is feminine or not.

Im sure there are nerds who are really into motorcycles and bullies who secretly like collecting stamps.
