Thanks guys.
How do I tell her; where her current b/f is lacking without seeming like im attacking her or her b/f? The worst would be for her to become deffensive and think that i am trying to break them up or attack them.
Don't point out where he's lacking, talk about yourself. She'll talk about him and when she says something about him, you just voice your feelings on the subject. If for instance she says, "He's too jealous of me, he doesn't like that I have really close guy friends." Then you reply with, "I don't mind when a girl I'm seeing has close guy friends, because I trust her to be faithful to me, otherwise the relationship isn't going to work anyways and if she wants to destroy it, then that's up to her, not me."
The idea isn't to point out his weak points, but to show your strong points when she shows you his weak points. She WILL show you his weak points, because that's what people do, they like to vent about any problems they are having. If you need to get the ball rolling, then you can just ask her how her bf is and she'll probably just start telling you stuff, if not, you can always make a comment about something that you already know he is lacking in, or assume he is.
