Just any good Book on comedic timing don't try to rush it out enjoy your pauses enjoy the look as they hang on your words and the pauses etc etc. Hope that helps

comedy is like taking a good poo. If you try speed it up and get it out it'll hurt your anus, but if you pinch the loaf slowly and not all in one shot it'll likely come out as one large piece and feel more satisfying.
