This girl I've had a successful day 2 with (ended in a f-close) texted me tonight talking about bar hopping and how she didn't have a ride home. She lives about 45 minutes away and the roads are a sheet of ice, so it wouldn't have been smart for me to offer to pick her up. I'm worried about showing too much investment by asking her if she's ok, if she got home alright, offering her a ride (if the weather were ok), etc but at the same time she's been texting me all night. I'm not really sure how to play situations like these.

Any advice?

Handle these texts the same way you would handle talking to a drunk person that you don't want to be rude too.

What I mean is, she's drunk, she doesn't want you to babysit her or look after her in any way. She wants to have a good time, and she happens to want to text you. You just roll with whatever she's saying, and don't have a conversation with her.

HB: OMg THIS music is so AWESOME!
Right answer: That's wicked
Wrong answer: Really, what are they playing?

HB: Its like impossible to get home
Right Answer: sucks for you
Wrong Answer: Are you ok? Want me to pick you up?

You get the point. Remember you can always ignore the texts if you want and she'll feel bad about randomly texting you all night. I prefer not to ignore theme because I can get sex 7/10 lol
