So, I don't normally post pictures of myself online, but I was wondering what you guys think I should try to improve on about my appearance.

Obviously I'm hoping for positive feedback, but true feedback is just as important. It's also pretty obvious that I'm young, but I'd really appreciate it if you didn't try out the whole argument about "teenagers are too young for PUA."

So, tell me what you guys think I should change.
These are two recent pictures of me. I'm 16 right now, so I'm only in high school. My hair is normally longer than in the second picture, more of a medium length.

well gotta go with a style that suits you, but i would say, get your ears pierced, diamond/cz studs (princess cuts), get some designer jeans dark is good (armani, diesel, true religion, buffalo *but i hear they rip easy but look good*) get some more stylish shirts, go get a tan, you could work out to get a bit more muscle tone, maybe do your hair up (gell etc. or new haircut) but honestly you are already good looking enough, just work on your game and confidence

Hmm, thank you. I don't know if I'd really go for the ear piercing, but I would consider the new designer clothes based outfit. I'll be out in the sun the first day of spring.

What exactly do you think I should do to change my hair? I usually use a slightly messed up look on the back and the top, and they I either push all of the front up a little, or up and slightly to the left.

But thank you for the feedback.

It doesn't matter how you dress but get clothes that fit update your style by losing the hat and stand out out from your peers. If you're so caught up in your look how can you ever improve your game? You're here for a reason...to stand out from your chump friends. If you feel the need to walk und in your boxers than do it who cares what she(s) thinks?

True Relgion = try hard, besides they're no longer in style.

You're young guy, go to H&M. I'm in my 30s and still occasionally find the nice top there. Look at what some of the model/dummies are wearing in the store, as well as their site. Guess has some nice stuff too for young guys, they've refined their look a bit over the years. Club Monaco and Zara may be good too, but a bit more grown-up. It's good to have different looks/outfits, don't relegate yourself to one style. You got a sister or female friend who can help you out?

With clothes I suggest you get a bunch of neutral color shirts that you can dress up. This is what layering is all about. So, for example you can wear a knit top, button up, hoodie or whatever overtop of the shirt. Guess has some cool necklaces but make sure you don't get the super thin ones as they are a bit efiminate looking, nor go for super thick ones as they yell out Jersey Shore.

Also, the hair either get the top evened out a bit or you can try dieing it a darker color this will give you a bit of a less innocent look. I'd try something diff with the hair maybe gel/spike it up a bit, maybe texture it forward but def have it cut professionally. Not sure about the piercings and all - if you feel its you go for it, if not don't bother it'll feel awkward and others will sense it.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys.

I really will consider changing some my clothing style.
The ear piercing is still a definite no.
I was actually thinking about doing something with my hair. I use some sort of paste made by Axe, and I like how it works, but I might go for a different hairstyle and use some different kind of product.
I wish I was darker, so I'll be out tanning when I get a chance...
And about the ear piercing, still no :D

So, what would you say I look like right now, out of 10... and what do you think I could be if I improved on the things you guys mentioned/10?

Easiest way to improve looks is going to the gym. You look good though. Hair is your personal choice, its even okay the way it is.

Definitely get some clothes that fit well. Don't be a sucker for the baggy pants bro lol.

It's difficult at your age, you cannot really tailor a looks cuz you will keep changing until your twenties. Right now you should focus on style. But remember drastic appearance changes minus the the attitude adjustment is a set up for failure. If your personailty is geeky/immature, then you you need to work on that aswell. If you bulk up a little it will make you look less like a kid.

Your 16 yrs old, good looking kid, you don't need to do much. The only thing you need to do is change your style. A big change would be going with hair style maybe a fohawk, then clothing. Depending on the type of girls you like you can gear your style towards them. You can also get ideas from celebs you like or think look cool.

I think most of the advice on this thread has been irresponsible.(Tanning, look older)

Time flies by fast before you know it you'll be an adult stressed out by bills. So enjoy high school, date a lot, play sports and hang with the boys.

Grow your hair and do something stylish with it. That'll do a great deal.

you're young and my guess is that you're still discovering yourself. Try experimenting with different styles and different clothes (H&M is a good option as someone pointed out), and maybe style up your hair, and start hitting the gym a bit. I would avoid piercings and tanning really isn't necessary. Just enjoy life

Do you guys think I still look 'like a kid'?
I mean, if you saw me on the streets, would you assume I was 16, or a little older?

With your face piercings will make you look very gay. If you had a stronger jaw line/more masculinezed face piercing would work but honestly I wouldnt touch them if i were u.
