This is a routine I invented and that I use when I want to get in bed with a girl real quick (that's why I call it an assault routine). It's sort of risky because it's really... well, you'll see what I mean.
The indiscreet question routine, as it's name says it's based on a question game I invented. It's rules are simple: You have to make questions to the girl that involve their private life, and most of all, her sexual life. I'll put a fake dialogue as an example:

PUA: Do you wanna play a game?
HB: wich game? :O
PUA: It's called the indiscreet question, we ask personal questions to each other and answer the truth and the truth alone! what do you think? are you bold enough? haha
HB: Ok, I'll give it a try!
PUA: You're the newbie, so you ask first!

(making her ask the first question makes her feel more curious than if you do it, 'cause if you ask a direct question first she could be scared, or refuse to play, it can also happen that she insists in waiting and ask after you, if it happens you can throw a NEG like, oh, you have too much of a bad girl's face to be that shy!, or simply say: nono, newbies start, it's the rules)

HB: okaay...hmm... how many girls have you slept with?
PUA: "(whatever the answer is)", ok, my turn!, do you have any sexual fantasies that you want to make come true?

(you can be direct, but not rude, that's an important point, 'cause one of the most important things is making sure she feels comfortable even when she's talking about sex with someone she doesn't have confidence with)

While you keep asking questions you can joke a little bit and make them more brazen (but don't forget this, you must not be rude) and if you're doing it right she'll answer without too much of a fight. After, let's say, 10 or 12 questions you have to start involving you and her in the questions AND the answers. Here's an example:

PUA: What things make you being attracted to a guy?
HB: (she'll answer something like, self-confidence...that they make me laugh...in 90% of cases, if she does not, I suggest you improvise, it's not that hard)
PUA: wow, that can't be right! I have all of that and you haven't kissed me yet!
HB: (laugh and answer)

[2 or 3 questions later]
(at this point she should still feel comfortable and a little bit funny or even turned on)
PUA: Have you ever thought of kissing me?

There are 3 possible answers:
YES --> if she says yes you just go and kiss her.

NO followed by nervous/blushed behaviour --> (and here's my killer sentence that has made me being succesful everytime I've used the routine) PUA: "well, you just did",you make eye contact, and if she maintains it and you go for it

NO with signs of feeling suddently uncomfortable or just angry --> if she show signs of being suddently uncomfortable 'cause of your question it means that you've probably done something wrong or that you just went too fast. Usually, if this happens there's no turning back (you can try though), 'cause if you failed the first time it's really hard to make this kind of question again and receive a positive answer.

What I do think, is that you have to ask some normal questions first lol.
You're saying that she has to be comfortable while you almost immediately ask about her sexual fantasy.

And answering to your question Velocity!, it depends on the girl, normally when I use it in nightclubbing first I isolate my target, but I also use it when I'm doing daygame or I've even tried to use it in facebook chats, SPAM, etc (of course it's a lot more risky and I recomend using it face-to-face, the results are always better)
