GodzillaKOsTokyo here. I'm 16 years old & trying to learn the ways of the PUA Masters. Question, why does it appear that a great majority of girls my age are stuck up bitches?

Our website tends to cater more to an older crowd and we tend to shy away from issues regarding people under 18.

In fact, it's against the rules to talk about seducing underage girls here.

I highly recommend migrating to either of these forums:
http://www.sosuave.net - the Don Juan forums has a long standing reputation in the PUA community. They have a board specifically for high schoolers.
http://highschoolpuas.proboards.com - if I remember correctly, this forum was started by someone from here quite some time ago.

They`re not stuck-up towards you, if you don`t treat them like every other chump (AFC`s). :) You`re on the same level as her and treat her that way. Not like she`s lower and by no means like she`s higher than you :)

Try talking to these girls after school. On an indivudual basis or in smaller groups.

Most high school girls care more about thier image than what they might actually like.
