how does this reputation thing work?
i had 5 ( not alot i know ) gave someone a minus reputation for really bad advice and it lowered mine. then gave someone else positive reputation for really good advice and it still lowered mine. but more importantly does it actually do anything?

Your post increase reputation by 0.1

Everytime you want to give bad or good reputation it will deducted on your points.

Reputation works like a gold star you receive for giving a good and correct answer.

It doesnt mean shit... but guys who have more reputation, means people vote for them.
