He says that you can wave or like make a toast to a girl so you immediately know what is the situation. I'd like to hear more about this. The video I think ended there. How do you proceed?
Hypothetical:
Me: Wave
HB: waves back
Me: Hey! So nice to see you again! It was to long. You still with that guy Greg?
HB: What if she says Who the F$@# are you? How do you proceed?
Do you say like you've mistanked her for some other friend? Do you say like you've met at a party a few months back but she was wasted so she doesn't remember.
I am missing something here.
Any pointer are greately apprichiated. Thanks guys.

You: *opener*
HB: Who the f are you?
You: It's me, [insert your name here]. Don't you remember?
HB: Err... no.. not at all.
You: You're [insert made up name here], right?
HB: No, you have the wrong person.
You: No way... You look exactly like her. You even have this [insert funny and unique stuff you noticed on her face already while doing the opener] just like her.
You should be okay after this. _________________ What I like in life is nothing more but living it.

"Hi, my name is Fisher, I had to come here because you looked interesting"
Straight up to the point. No BSing around. The only little sneaky part is the "looked interesting": they usually try to qualify for this statement so they really seem as interesting. Takes some balls and practice, but this simple opener is gold if performed with a big confident smile.
But if you want to hold on to this wave thing(it's not particularly bad at all...) you can say a billion things. I mean... literally. It doesn't matter as long as it starts a conversation. Opening is overrated. The only things that matter in the opening are your body language and voice tone. _________________ What I like in life is nothing more but living it.
