For starters, I know shes giving IOIs and not just doing her job because he keeps stroking my shoulders and hands and winks at me. I'm at dinner with my parents in the Caribbean. I'd like to sleep with her tonight. How do I proceed?

how about when you guys are paying for the bill, you hand over the bill tray to the waitress and secretly hold under the tray a note saying "Come back with the tray with your number. We'll meet after you finish ;-)".
