ill start with a breif background.

met this chick about 2 years ago through a friend, he told me very few can get her because shes is ultra confident.
Fast forward one year we meet again and have a good laugh with a group of us out one night. After that me and her start having nights out with friends together over the summer. She starts to ring me prompting me to go out, but never on our own, mostly in groups, infact she has brought other guys out with her before.
I go back to uni then I get back over xmas to our home town where we live. We meet up again and have a good night out, during this night she wiped the sweat off my face when we were dancing and another female friend who was there mentioned to me the next day that she was very protective of me and when i approached another girls she told my other friend to get me back.
On New Years we planned to meet up, she called me twice and text me a couple of times to come to her party ut i didnt make it.
Following this she left town for a few days but upon her return she text me in the morning asking me what i am doing, so we meet up for a drink in the afternoon before i return to college.
Thus is the first time we are alone together and things seem to be going well (touching her neck and slowly playing with my pohone that was left on the table good body language?) . We got to know each other outside jokes and drinks and it went well.
Now she is moving to the town where I go to college and I am tempted to make a move on her but wonder if our 5 or so grpoup nights out have put me in the friend zone. Also the fact she doesnt give off many signals makes me uneasy.
How would you progress with a girl like this who plays it ultra cool to the point you dont know her interest level?

Well, typically you would be bold and force her to show interest. Take her hand.. lead her somewhere, squeeze it to see if she squeezes back. I think you could have kissed her while you were out alone with her.

Realize that sometimes accepting the invite or displaying protectiveness over you are the only ioi's you need. Also, if shes seen you approaching with success that's a good dhv if she likes you, but are caught up in the group of friends... although I'm sure you could have isolated her on one of those evenings..

The fun part about you're situation is that you have to be the man in a big way. Lead the interaction to a place where you feel comfortable. Start at your place then take her somewhere around the town (shes new to it right?) then go back. I think if you showed her the towns hot bar just the two of you and you were alpha and made a move... the positive rapport you already have would lead you straight to the bedroom. I don't think you're in the friend zone. But, again test her with some strong eye contact, tell her its so sexy when you do this etc...

you're right sometimes the window closes when the move hasn't been made by this point, but I have a feeling its still open in this situation..
