Two months ago a met an Asian 24yo HB 7.5 on a party. We did a university project together, had coffee a few times and went to some more parties. However, I could never man up and make a move. One night we were dancing on a party and it was quite obvious that she was waiting for me to do something, but I just didn't get my shit together-I didn't even touch her the whole evening. That was stupid, but I can't turn back time. We also went to the movie theater, but again nothing happened.
I'm pretty sure she likes me -she told me she admires me and always seems to be really happy to see me. However, since I failed to make a move I might already be in the friendzone or at least very close. I started hugging her to say hi and goodbye and sometimes cheek-kiss her, but that's all I did so far (pathetic,I know...)
She'll be back from her holiday in one week. So, here are my questions (please have in mind that I'm a 24 and a virgin, which doesn't make things easier)
1.) What would be a good date for the two of us? I'm kinda running out of ideas, bec we already had some parties, cinema, coffee etc.
2.) What's the best way to make a move? (Some sort of a script would be cool, but I know that's unrealistic...)
3.) Since there were so many opportunities but I never used them she might not expect me to do anything and might be completely surprised if I do? How can I deal with that?

Take her somewhere where there'll be some physical closeness such as an amusement park, go karting (share a gokart, sit behind her), take her to play pool (show her some moves), take her dancing (almost all women love this), drive-in movie (though if you're a puss it may feel awkward), ice skating (take her hand while skating), or stay home rent a movie and have her massage your hand, then shoulders and then she'll ask u to do same and after that just go "OMG i'm tired and playfully fall alongside her put your arm around her, pull her in and cuddle. If a girl is liking you, even a bit, she'll love being held like a teddybear, makes them feel safe.

One of my female friends suggested walking with her through a park. To me this sounds more like a date for people in their 40s than in their 20s but maybe you guys have other experiences? Also, I guess at the moment the weather is not exactly the best for this here in the UK...
