| Hello everyone.
I just ended a 2 year relationship, which has been the most serious relationship in my life (I am 21 years old).
I ended it because I didn't felt being on a serious relationship at my age, specially for that long was healthy. Anyways, during the course of my relationship I felt how, slowly, but surely I was losing my confidence.
I could talk to any girl, and date them, but now I find myself wanting to talk to a girl but being scared of doing it, the relationship basically destroyed my confidence. And I know, I am a good looking guy... even a friend of mine said I should get a "Astonishing blonde, perfectly for you" to which I ask "Why?" and she says "Well, you're hot and handsome, someone like that would be perfectly for you" ...
I don't have a problem with meeting up girls from the internet, but seriously, I don't want that ... I want to do it the old fashioned way, but I am just scared to talk to them again.
How can I regain my confidence ?? ... should I start from ground zero in training? Basically talking to girls not trying to pick them up, but just for the chat ? ...
