You've had mutual caressing and maybe sexual escalation. Grab her hand and walk towards the door. "what are you doing?" you ignore and keep walking. Then she refuses again.

60 says smile devilishly and try again later or find another girl. But I still have questions:

1. So now do you just ignore the fact you grabbed her hand and just go back to conversation? How do you do this? I dont' want to say "so... what were you saying about blah blah" maybe just take out that "so..." part?

2. You might be in a physically awkward position since you've made your way to the door so now do you grab her hand and walk back to a table or corner?

Play it off with sarcasm.

"What's wrong with you? I wanted to show you my backflipping rabbit"

Although honestly the smiling devilishly plan (as cliche as it is) still trumps this. The path I suggested above is just easier to execute in case you freeze up in a set.

You see the thing with putting out your hand it isn't you investing too much in to her. And it shouldn't be too awkward if she doesn't decide to take your hand. You only have to put your hand out a few inches...don't just stick it right in front of her face.

Try a couple of times...if not, don't worry. She may just not be interested.
