On the other hand, you can do it consulting a good Dermatologist. I've heard about some place in UAE that helps treat acne in like 5 or 6 sittings but you don't have to go to UAE for that. Idk what those SPAM are called but asking a doctor would help you. Facials and Vegetable peeling helps clean face to a good extend. Use shampoo and conditioner to clear off the dandruff. Plus, wear sunscreen creams with SPF between 15 and 25 or 30. There is a misconception that the more the SPF, the better. Sunscreen creams with SPF up to 100 are avail in the market but the digits are for marketing. I recommend Lakme and Ponds.

One more thing, Google 'Henna', they are the best for hair and cleans dandruff. Henna is avail in packs to use in hair as well.

Previous research turned up a book (On My Face Please) that claims semen can cure acne. In one chapter it breaks down the effective components in an almost clinical manner. Yet, the work is purely fictional, and pretty raunchy, at that. So I'm not so sure.
