Starting out in the PUA world alot of my game in field has been done solo. Now that I'm comfortable opening sets by myself do you think it's best to start sarging with a wing for experience and what are the postives/negatives??

Cheers.

Wing men/women are a great help.

You can bring your wing in and you don't need to entertain an entire group, no will you have to worry about the friend trying to "save" the chick your hitting on.

You can escalate easier because, if you guys both escalate at the same time, then the girls won't feel as nervous, and asd won't exactly be triggered.

You can Isolate even easier.

The only problem is if the wing bombs out straight away, but if you isolate right away, won't be much of a problem

For me, having a wingman is useful in 2 situations.

Firstly, situations when I get panic attacks and feel anxiety and that still happens once in a while. He knows he needs to push me into a set in that moment or he just brings me a girl then.

Dealing with 2sets is next to impossible without wingman. Funny how even if I isolate a girl from a two set and get her outside of club or somewhere I kinda lose respect for that girl cause she left her friend.

Thanks that's some great advice.

Well I'm going sarging this Saturday with my 'wing' clubbin, but he has no idea about the PUA world. Should I try and introduce him to the game so he knows how we can both work together or should I let him do his own thing.

Give him a quick rundown. Don't tell him what to do at all, he needs to pick up his own style for himself. But tell him a couple things you might do, so he's prepared.

Make sure he knows that he can't stick to your back. You'll always support him at the right times, but he can't be constantly looking to you for approval in conversation. Misunderstandings like these between wings cause all sorts of egoic drama about "You were AMOGing me!" "No you were acting like a tool!" or whatever. Just get on the same page, you're a team, win or lose you're going to stay a team.

The downside to a wing:

You now have to deal with the weaknesses of two guys. If he's weak at approaching, you are now weaker because you have to help him. If he sucks at kino, loses women's interest, that will now affect your practice whenever you two are talking to women together. If his ego lets him get upset when a girl rejects him, that now affects your ability to game with him. And all of your issues now affect him, as well. Unless you two have similar pros/cons, where you are working on the same things, you may just complicate matters.

Good points !!

He's confident and really funny, never AMOGs, so when I open and introduce him I'll tell the girls that he's the funniest person I know (he should be able to run his game while I talk to my target). But I do think we would do better if he knew what sort of approach i'll be taking??.

So would you strongly suggest talking about or making up a game plan before sarging??
