This might be one of the dumbest things ive ever read regarding schizophrenia. Just because you have symptoms of being socially shy or anxious doesn't mean your anywhere near schizophrenic! LOL.

Schizophrenia is hearing, feeling, and seeing things that are not there. You're truly an idiot if you think your schizophrenic because you are socially anxious.

As far as the diet goes, hey maybe you're right it could help. But schizophrenia has NOTHING to do with any of this lmao.

Sry, brah...but I was diagnosed by a doctor. Schizophrenia can INCLUDE seeing, feeling, and seeing things. However, there are various forms of schizophrenia. The most severe do see, hear, and feel things. My was at the beginning stages of schizophrenia. Nevertheless, the doctor did warned me that it could progress to severe schizophrenia if I didn't take the medication he prescribed....which I didn't after founding information related to diet.

If you don't believe me, do some 5 minutes research and you will be understand

The 10 Day Trial i made myself out of experience. It's usually around the 10th day when you notice a big difference.

There are many different "trials" on the web. The most common is just doing it for 7 DAYS. Others are more extreme such as a two month trial with just juice.

I figure that 7 is too little, and 10 is manageable. There is nothing to lose, but weight, depression, and you'll save money too....

This diet seems very... intense.

I'm not hating, actually I've been thinking about the best I've ever felt is when I work out, stop masturbating, and eat healthy.

It's just... I've tried drinking only water before and could only last three days. I can't even imagine no meat or sweets, and especially no bread!?

But yeah, it's worth a try. I'll have to check this out when I get back to college and have access to more veggies.

Can I drink veggie/fruit mixed drinks, or do those have too much sugar in them?

OK so I deviated from the "10 day plan" but heres what I did:

First of all, I do think I"m gluten AND dairy intolerant and one of the side effects seems to be a vague and uncontrollable anxiety. I've always had sort of a "tough guy" attitude (which is probably bad for PUA) so I didn't want to believe I had anxiety but it is there when I eat gluten and dairy and I have no control over it - there is nothing you can think or do to get rid of it even strenuous aerobic activity.

I basically ate meat and starchy vegetables only for about 2 or 3 weeks. I felt better and could think clearer. NO DAIRY OR GLUTEN AT ALL. You have to be very careful about what you eat and meticulous about inspectiing food labels. Do bacon/eggs/grits for breakfast (can't even have SPAM). Do crockpot roast or chicken or fish for dinner. Have dinner leftovers or a breakfast for lunch.

Then I went back on dairy. The old anxiety/fuzziness seemed to creep back in along with bad gas.

I go off dairy - everything gets good again.

I think I did this dairy experiment twice.

Then I went back on gluten, while keeping dairy out. I went chirstmas shopping that day at a mall and shat myself. No shit. Then I figured "AH its probably just a coincidence". LOL. I started feeling real nervous and anxious - then I CLIMBED A MOUTAIN and the aerobic activity of mountaineering did not make the anxiety subside.

I went off gluten and here about 4 days later my gas has largely subsided (still some becaues I've been eating a ton of sugar) and the axiety fading.

Give this a try it might work for you. I'm not too happy about not being able to eat processed foods/quick meals for the rest of my life but it is what it is. I'll probably do another cycle of off gluent - on gluten - off gluten to make sure.

Remember to stop eating dairy too. And cycle on dairy or gluten separaetly so you isoloate the problem (which is unfortunantly both in my case although small amouts of dairy don't matter for me I still use creamer in my coffee).

during the "detox" 10 TRIAL phase you DO NOT want to eat any sugar, even if it's healthy. This is the detox phase where calories do not matter also. So people even go and only drink water for up to 60 days but that's a bit extreme...

Once you detox, you SHOULD only eat vegetables and fruits...any kind. By the time you actually achieve detox, the thoughs of "missing" candy, meat, grains, mcdonalds, etc will be GONE. You will not desire those foods and they will even smell disgusting to you. It's kind of like when you quit smoking and try a cig after like a month, they taste horrible. Also, once you notice the difference of eating healthy, you will NEVER touch proccesed food again...

as time keeps going you will NEVER will want to eat processed food again...
HOWEVER, now that you manage to eat just meat and starchy vegetables, you should really NOT EAT starchy vegetebles for at least 10 days...
Starch is just another form of sugar in which parasites/candida will gladly thrive off and you will feel 10x better if you do...
After the cleaning period, you can go back to starchy vegetables....you just have to do it long enough until the parasites/candida starve off

Btw, i can relate when you say that there's nothing in the world that can help you not think of eating dairy or gluten...it's like an addiciton. What I've come to find out its that it's actually a parasite controlling your brain
Now I know how stupid that sounds but there's parasites that control mice into getting eating by cats, parasites that control ants into "biting" themselves into the stem of a plant until the ant dies, and parasites that control grasshoppers into jumping into water so they can die just so the parasite can grow

so from my research, this "parasite" survives off sugars, and when you try to starve yourself from sugar, the parasites hacks your brain into eating whatever has sugar...it's almost impossible to control...BUT it is possible

Just keep in mind that suffering it's part of the detox...

Humans arnt used to all of the gross, disgusting poisen the US allows into the public.
It seems that everyone goes to mcdonalds and everyone you meet today has serious anxiety.

I grew up a typical social wreck. i ate like shit. My thoughts were like shit, i hated everything. I quit school, i had no game. Right now iv been living with friends, i have no access to bread, milk or cheese. I havnt aten dairy or much grains and i noticed i have felt alot better about myself. I also stopped drinking pop and for some reason got to liking water with lemon lately. Im glad i came accross this thread and is weird at the same time.

I seriously believe now that my horrible past is all from piss poor diet.
Gluton, grains and dairy. Fuck you ha.

I will take your 10 day trial and give feedback. I have a question.

Iv been smoking cigs sence i was 14, im 19 now, how negetive does this effect me?
I wont smoke for the whole trial anyway. And hopefully never again.

After the trial is alcohol, coffee, cigs ok?

I really like eatting oranges, bananas, peachs, and tomatos. What is the recommended amount of these foods after the diet?

I didn't cux weed always makes me super anxious...
however i did smoke cigs a couple of times with no trouble...
if weed does not make you paranoid i guess you can smoke it BUT it would be 10x better not to since it will help strength your immune system faster


@bandito,

I smoke too and it didnt really affect me, but im sure NOT smoking will get your immune system fight whatever it's fucking u up faster

After trial cigs and coffee are ok (but i would recommend adding white sugar with coffee after only 10 days)
But alcohol...if you ARE allegic to gluten, then you can't drink beer and most hard liquor....there's only so many things you can drink but all i ever drink is bocardi 151 and tequila....i konw the cirac vodka is also allowed

when it comes to fruits (tomato is a fruit) after the diet, just dont go overboard...there's some raw vegans that eat 10 bananas for breakfast lol
i usually eat between 0 - 4 fruits a day

Ok. I'm going to start today. I will literally post everything that happens throughout the day and what I have eaten as well as how am I feeling.

Current Status Pre-Diet: Don't feel depressed, I have short(10min) burst of feelings where I have no confidence and get scared about school and life and stuff, anxiety is not a problem for me, my thoughts aren't always clear but I can think things through, i'm very creative but very inconsistent, and I have trouble sometime connecting with people on a REAL emotional level. Sex endurance is mediocre.

Gender: Male
Height: 6'1
Weight: 205lbs(Athletic Build)
Age:24yrs

If anything else you want me to pay attention to, post it.

Day 1:
Food Eaten- Red/Green Cabbage, Celery Stick, Bean Sprouts, Tomato all raw..Olives both green/black
Drink- 3 litre of water
Slept Last Night- 11hours
Sexual Energy- Had to masturbate once already
Physical Energy- Pretty normal, feeling a little sluggish, possibly due to cold outside and it being a sunday. Walked for 1.5km.
Emotional Energy- Stable
Thoughts- Not so clear. Hard to focus today.
Side-effects- I've had a headache most of the day. Due to not eating what I want.

The rest to follow.

I won't knock this diet since I haven't tried it but just wanted to point out that the people who fast for religious reasons don't starve themselves for 40 days. That's just brutal and some people would die. When a person fasts they don't eat during sunlight hours. They wake up before sunrise, pray then eat a massive meal. After sunset they prey again and eat a massive meal again. It seems like cheating but try it and you will see it build discipline and that is precisely the point. Some people won't even drink water when fasting. Also, no drugs, sex ect. The longest I've ever fasted in this manner was 3 days. It was a worthwhile experience as I did have massive inner strength at that time.

but yea, the headache is not cux u can't eat what u want but you are DETOXING!
if u ever feel discourage to break the diet, remind urself that u are doing it to cure ur long life anxiety with women! it worked for me

I will say this only once. there is a diet you can follow in order to reduce anxiety and it is as following :

1. NO SUGAR.
2. NO SMOKING.
3. NO BREAD , NO PASTA.
4. EAT FISH.
5. EAT FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. (MAINLY LEMONS AND RAW CARROTS)
6. DRINK ONLY WATER. ( AVOID ALL COST ENERGY DRINKS AND ALCOHOL)
7. ONCE EVERY 3 DAYS TAKE CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS.

You need to reduce acids and increase the alcalinization of your body. You will feel your nails and bones more compact and since i stopped eating sugar I am more calm and collected.

And one important thing is to replace jogging with sprinting. Instead of running 1 hour straight , do 10 sprints at maximum speed for as long as you can.

*Remember kids, making a women laugh will make her drop her jaw , not her panties.

Day 2:
Food Eaten-All food eaten today was steamed and blended...Asparagus one meal, Red peppers one meal, and Cauliflower one meal. Spoonful of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning...olives green/black, and tomato(raw)
A concoction of half a teacup of olive oil, teaspoon of camel oil, mixed with shredded ginger.
Drink- 3.5 litre of water
Slept Last Night- 11.5hours
Sexual Energy- None existent/ Late at night I just got really horny
Physical Energy- Pretty normal, felt really good walking outside when the sun was out, than I got sluggish again when the sun went down. Walked for 750m.
Emotional Energy- when I woke up, I felt I really needed to be validated so I made a bunch of calls to girls to make plans for tonight, than I cancelled on them later on.
Thoughts- When I chose too, they were very focused. Later on in the day though, I got really pissed for no reasons.
Side-effects- I had a headache, but when I ate it went away.
Colon Tract- Haven't really used the bathroom much for number#2
Urine Tract- Been urinating all day mainly clear/light yellow. The pee was a little greenish after eating the asparagus.
