When I'm about to talk to a girl it's literally like jumping off an airplane, even while I'm in conversation. I put on a fake smile and look for approval almost like I'm wired to do so. I'm sure someone has went through this and if not then just me but I really need to learn how to work with it because it's not going away anytime soon. I'm doing the style life challenge and I am on day 7 now but I'm still extremely nervous while talking to any girl. Any advice on how to overcome this??
