How to open in a club ??

I find this very, very hard as I ususally just open with hello or something but I cant keep womens attention with that in a club as they usually just say hello back and walk on. What openers should I use on women in a club and on the dance floor ?? Also how should I approach women on the dance floor or even just around the club (What way should I pull them in etc). Also should I keep my hand on there shoulder or should that wait until mid game ?? I'm just really looking for general hints for a club.

I'm also having this problem...in a loud bar or lounge it is very difficult to open and maintain conversation. I try to raise my voice but don't want to resort to screaming at the top of my lungs! Lol
