Ive been flirting a lot of with this girl and we are now going on date. We both claim that we are better at teasing than one another. At which point she challenged me to a bet. The first person to move in for a kiss on the lips loses. How can i tease her to make her want to move in for the kiss first?

Just do as you would for a normal kiss, triangular gazing, go in for the kiss, then at the very last moment, kiss her nose. Kiss her everywhere else, get her really heated and in the moment, but don't break the "kiss on the lips" rule.

Lol you should definitely pull the move where you try motion for a kiss on the cheek, and then when she leans in turn your head so she kisses your lips. Its a playful way for her to kiss you, lose the bet, and then you can tease her more, and just start actually kissing instead of having a bet to see how long it takes for one of you to kiss the other.

I like to play a kissing game that's similar to this, except the goal IS to kiss her. It goes like this:

Tell her that you bet that you can kiss her without touching her lips at all. She'll say it's impossible. Whereas you say that you can do it. She still won't believe you. Then you tell her to close her eyes because you can't let her see how you do it; you tell her that it's a secret move/technique that only you can know. After she closes her eyes, you kiss her. And then say something like "well, I guess that didn't work."

She'll laugh, giggle, or smile at least. Try it out.
