I'm 18 years old, and I've certainly had sex, and I kiss girls on a quasi-regular basis. You are significantly older than me and have done neither in your entire life. Obviously my way works, and your way doesn't work.

First you need to understand that women are people. And they don't think the same way that you do. They think very differently, and care a lot more about emotion (EDIT: Also SOCIAL STATUS. That's a big one) than physicality. In the same way that you reject an ugly girl, they reject an annoying, needy, slimy or boring guy.

The hard road always starts with unattractive guy this way. You are one or more of these qualities, as well as others I haven't named. The hard road ends with a guy who is confident, competent, and has high self-esteem. The "destination" man most importantly understands that girls are not the end goal, they are hitchhikers, to be picked up and dropped off along the path. A true man treats these people with compassion and kindness, because that is the only way to receive it in return.

Because having sex with people I don't like doesn't appeal to me. Just because she's pretty doesn't mean I want to have sex with her, and it certainly means I'm not going to entertain a relationship with her.

I was going to reply with some nice essay about how looks are just as important as personality, but after reading all these posts I'm too god damned frustrated.
