Look up information on the art of foreplay, you need to take your time and get her horny before taking your shirt off and trying to initiate sex. Doesn't seem that bad to me. You're having fun with this girl, she's keeping you interested. She knows how guys can be, so rather than fuck you for 4 weeks then lose you, she's seeing you for 4 weeks and fucking you for maybe the last one. These 3 weeks will all be foreplay, it's fun.

May be a little late for this trick now, but future reference, it helps to steal the "I never do this" frame before she can use it. If you tell her that you're hesitant to hook up, she usually won't say that she is, and therefore won't be (there will be no pressure to remain congruent).

What works for me if I agree with her rejects and just plow through and she still doesn't give in is, I just stopping kissing her and say something like, " lets just watch a movie or something" At this point i'll be cool but i won't touch her and she'll be all over me. Which i'll say " NO, because its gonna make me horny and want sex" She will thing be begging for the intimacy.
