There is this girl foreign girl from work on a 6 month placement. So far, and as explained in my previous post (got-to-get-this-girl-before-she-leaves--vt124066.html), there has been lots of flirting but I’ve never hooked up with her. Moreover, as there is only one month left of her placement before she leaves, I thought I better go for it.

I text her yesterday to see if she wanted to go into the city for today. She says she is going in with her (female) friend (who is staying with her for a few days) and asks if I want to meet up. We agree to meet up but then as we were both running late today, and as her friend is hung-over, I say it’s probably best we do something another time. She then asks “how about we go for drinks this evening?”, which I say yes to.

Obviously, I was hoping it would be just me and her so I could finally stop being a pussy and escalate with her, but her friend is coming as well. So, I’m not sure exactly how to be (how flirty etc) with them both and how much to escalate.

Any ideas? How would you “play it”?

Don’t get me wrong, I do really want to pull/hook up with her, but I suppose even if I don’t get the chance to escalate, it’s good social/pua practice going for a drink with 2 girls…

I would have rescheduled so it could be just the two of us on the earlier invite. If you want the one, bring a buddy and have him run interference on the friend so you can flirt/escalate. Man up and good luck

Thanks for both replies. Unfortunately, because it was such short notice I couldn’t take anyone with. Though, I think it went fairly well and I made a good impression, as I got on quite well with her friend, and managed to be funny and flirty etc. It seems to have worked as I received some feedback afterwards that apparently her friend said I was “very nice” lol. The only downside is I didn’t really escalate a huge amount with my target.

Now I guess I just need to go after this girl and make sure I don’t fuck it up this time. Not sure when to ask her out again (making sure it’s just the 2 of us this time lol!) as there isn’t too much time left before she leaves, but I don’t want to seem too keen either…

Keep it simple, but clear. "So I loved [friends name], but I was honestly wishing it could just be us. Can we try this one more time?"

Done it, I thought life is too short to piss about.

If she doesn't reply or doesn't want to go then I guess I know the answer, as that message is pretty explicit in terms of what my intentions are. Will let you know!

Update - I eventually got a reply and it was good. It was quite jokey and she said sure we can meet up, and when is best for me as she is now away until after the New Year.
